Jim Gillen brings to his yoga students a warm and supportive voice, strong technical knowledge and a keen sense of humor. His yoga and meditation practice spans four decades, during which he has taught thousands of yoga classes to students of all ages and abilities. Jim is the co-founder of Yoga Calm and an award-winning author and producer. He has an ERYT-500 with Yoga Alliance and is also an ACE Group Fitness Instructor.
